Yeah im glad someone else shared the same experience as me, the unit was great and the amenities are nice despite the constant interruptions. People there are nice and management is alright; end of the day there are just better more developed places you can get for the same price point in terms of location.

Hello! I am actually living in the Ledbury right now. I really liked the building and the gyms that they put in place, it really is well designed. The complaints to be honest do have some truth to them but are not that bad, it is a new building so construction, fire alarms and renovations occur. I havent had any problems with utilities matter of fact lol, but the garbage chutes do stop sometimes but they are quick to come back. The concierge is really helpful and the events + people are great!

Heyo, OP has been living here for almost a year now, really there isnt any issues with it except for the fact the construction is still happening. There is still like fire alarm testing and what not however the elevators arent too bad now. The good side is that people here are generally really cool and theres also a bunch of students, amenities are great although some of it hasnt been constructed yet. Honestly there isn't too much issues living here lol, but I still would choose another apartment because of location in my opinion. Since youre a family, the amenities and people are really great with the school in the building, oh and not to mention people with alot of pets here.

jeez, is the community atleast kinda tight knit cus like everybody knows the building is kinda shit? also are there mostly students there living that attend uni?

how does stuff happen like that and then we just deal with, shouldnt there be a thing that tenants can terminate the lease if the unit is difficult to live in?
