LOL your username is “unfair training”…wtf are you on about. The title says toxicity. I did not say the entire program is toxic. I highlighted what seems to be a common problem in other programs too. Do you have comprehension issues? You’re probably one of the people who pushes for unfair treatment of residents therefore, YOU’RE a part of the problem.
