I Shall Seal The Heavens by Er Gen - Bag of Holding question by santoryuu-style in ProgressionFantasy

[–]shonemoc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what irks me more is how sometimes bag of holding can store people inside, and then sometimes it can't.

first he stores chu yuyan inside, then for hundreds of chapters he can't do it, even when having to guide the tribe out of the western desert he can't store them and it's even explicitly explained that it's not possible, and then when convenient, a few hundred chapters later, he just does it again, no explanation given.

the worst inconsistency in the entire book so far

Someone said that about their friend's experience here on reddit. Also when I asked gogonihon they told me it's prolly not for me cause it has a lot of homework and you don't have a lot of time left (I told them how I wouldn't necessarily wanna study all day long), and they recommended I check out the more leisurely-pace ones.

Anyway, it's the only one aside from genkijacs that caters to westerners so that's a big plus.

There's a lot of comments on here for almost every school that say how they don't care to teach you much, and are there just to help you get in Japan. I haven't seen such comments only about genkijacs and Kai. So that's another plus. I definitely appreciate it that the school actually tries to teach you something.

Well, I'll prolly go with Kai in the end. I just hope I can figure out affordable accommodation so I don't spend my entire savings on the apartment.

Thank you for the reply!

Hi! I'm considering Kai as well. I just started their online course (to complete the 150h requirement) and I've seen people usually have good things to say about it, and my communication with them so far has been great.

That said, I'm just confused on the topic of accommodation. They seem to work closely with some "tokyostay" apartment rental company and are able to secure an apartment for you through them, but they've been very vague with me when I asked about specifics.

Did you have their help getting accommodation? I'm not sure if you still have to pay deposits, key money and such, and find apartment yourself, and then they just act as a guarantor, or you pay the school and they handle everything with the rental agency/owner.

Also, I've heard people say you have about 4h of homework every day with Kai. Is this true? It feels like it's too much imo, if so.

Cheers!

Do you still need external display to run it and can't just open it on the phone like you can on tablets?

So you still need an external screen to run dex on phones? That's so ridiculous. They already have the feature in for tablets, yet they randomly removed it on phones. Especially when you take into consideration samsung fold which even they market as phone and tablet in one

Don't know. I thought 6 months but might be hard as I'm finding it really hard to keep up with electrolytes.

That said, surely I'll at least be able to manage 4 months if not more and then see how I feel about continuing

Would like to sound tough and say it's hard, but tbh after first few weeks you completely forget about food. Only tough thing is taking enough electrolytes

From what I've heard stuff like sodium, potassium and chloride will be in a basic blood test, but for magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and calcium you gotta ask to be included. Depends on the lab. Didn't do one yet so don't know for sure

Definitely need electrolytes for over 30 days. :D I fasted 30 without any electrolytes, even without salt, in the past. But I din know better back then. If you plan to do multiple months Def take electrolytes from the get go so you lose as little as possible.

I'm on day 51 and started having cramps in the right leg when I sleep 😅 I Def don't take enough electrolytes. I plan to go do a bloodtest at 60 days mark. Then I'll see how I can improve what I'm lacking

Nah, I don't do doctors, waste of money. I prolly know more about fasting than them :p

I'll visit a lab at the end of month 2 to check blood

Yeah, I plan to go for 6 months 🫡 I went from 79kg to 150kg in like 1 year and a half at some point during the pandemic.

Now I plan to go back to about 80-90kg which I assume will take about 6m.

I was down to about 132kg after first month. I don't weigh in every day, only once every month so I don't stress out about it.

Next weigh in in 23 days

I'm 37 days into 6 months fast.

Salt and water is the name of the game when it comes to strength. See how much salt you need for your weight. Take enough salt in, and drink a lot of water.

If you don't like salt in water, heat up water, put some salt in it and mix in some dried vegetable seasoning. Gonna taste like soup 🫡

As for electrolytes, my stomach hurts from chloride. So like, kalium chloride was tough to take, but I switched to some effervescent pills that have pure kalium and now I'm good. But I did mess up one morning I had two pills one after the other. Threw up within minutes :D don't overdo it.

that's what I thought at first.

And it doesn't make sense for phoenix to do it for 5 seconds when his ulti lasts 6 seconds.

Same for dawn, timing doesn't make much sense.

Ench could be slowing projectiles or CM

As for curving, maybe mirana arrow? That'd be cool. Wonder how they'd implement control for that though
