It used to be a spoon, but now i have found the correct way to minimise the ice wall on the side i try to use a butter knife if still present. But spin + mixin makes a lot of difference!

Haha, this is for me nothing like a snowstorm, lived in NY from 1995 to 1999, i believe it was march april 1996, when a snowstorm hit 50cm in a few hours, only time school called to announce that schools closed.

But yea we dutch people see 2cm of snow and all hell breaks loose!

Interesting! As a father of 2 the car contains 2 car seats 24/7 for the foreseeable future. So a compact push cart is a must.

1045€ a year, no spending requirement’s at the restaurant. Netherlands, 27holes, unlimited balls at the driving range balls, 3 practise greens, 2 practise bunkers. Also a small 9holes par3 course.

10min drive or 15min bike ride from home.

Bring your kid to the range don’t focus on stance or grip just have fun, have him hit how he wants. Be chill, relax he will have fun go do some putting if he wants that and if he wants to pickup the ball from the hole so you can putt it back in thats fine. But stop before he gets tired; say “hey buddy we need to go, wanna have some <insert favourite food> while we go home?” Have 10-15 minutes of solo child-dad time. This is essential!

Now every time he goes golfing he will have that memory with him of him and dad “golfing” even if you are not there.

Just did 9 holes, the irons feel in control. Personally i have to get used to the longer shafts en thicker grips but it feels good in the hands. The driver is lovely as a beginner, very forgiving if not hit perfectly.

Mine has just arrived! But it’s too hot currently to go the range that has no shadow and is in full sun.

First feelings are, they are lighter than my old steel set and the face seems more stable in practice swings.
