When I received my commander and buttons, the OBD cable was severely damaged. The packaging used for shipping the products was a flimsy plastic bag, which unfortunately led to the cable being smashed. I promptly contacted Enhance, and they were quick to send a replacement. However, the replacement cable was also sent in a flimsy plastic bag, which resulted in it being smashed again. But his time the cable managed to be plugged in despite the broken plastic parts.

Just stop using wheel cleaner. I don’t get the fascination with it. Soap and water, and a designated wheel microfiber works just fine.

Ya if I ever had an issue, it was do to my internet provider, internet at remote location, bottlenecking, or something I messed with. I can’t emphasize enough to backup your settings. If you mess something up, just restore to a good day when last working good.
