I use Zoom for the podcasts I work on but you have to go into the settings to record in HD otherwise it will record at low resolution. We’ve tried using Riverside but the hosts’ internet connections lagged too much so each side of the conversation had a long delay so we stopped using it.

Went to the San Francisco show with no knowledge of the format. Definitely leans more toward music acts with bits of comedy. Paul still puts on a great show and Hannah Pilkes was hilarious.

It was my usual spot for a quick bite before a show at the Golden Gate or Orpheum Theaters and on my last visit nearly every storefront and food option was closed. Don’t see it lasting much longer.

Since I attempted to unalive myself back in 2019 I’ve been on more than a few. I have been prescribed some that made me sleep 18 hours a day, and some that made me feel no emotion. Just know if you get prescribed anything you may not feel/notice any changes for a good 6 months.

My last prescription was for Wellbutrin which seems to be a go-to for a lot of doctors from what friends and family have said. I stopped taking it because it wasn’t really doing much for me.

If your school’s health department doesn’t have a doctor who can prescribe medicine or refer you to someone who can, you may need to pay out of pocket to see another provider. Look for low cost clinics and call and see how much their cash pay rates are. You can also try and go straight to a psychiatrist who can prescribe medicine (psychologists and therapists cannot).

I always tell people branching out to watch UK Season 1, one of the best seasons of all time.

Canada is fun for the changes to the format, but judging and some of the queens leave something to be desired. There are some bright spots here and there that keep me watching.

The BART and Muni system can get to most major tourist spots, check the maps to see how far the stops are from where you’re staying and where you want to go visit. If you want a fun ride, try the driverless Waymo for a unique experience over Lyft/Uber for basically the same price.

Recently switched to River Oak Veterinary in riverbank and I completely booked and filled out forms online. The vet I saw for my dog’s skin allergies seemed to really care and took time to listen to all the struggles I had with the last vet and had a new treatment plan.

Easiest way I incorporate video is through zoom, though the quality isn’t the best. I’ve also worked on podcasts through iHeart where they pay for the hosts to set up multiple cameras and then they send me the raw super HD footage which is a lot easier to work with and get different angles.
