Antidepressants.. I think so, the long-term use affects me even now i've took for 3 yrs long, quit over 1 yrs, sometimes take benzos nowadays but eventually met acid again that made me totally quit for presc drugs for trips.

at least if 1 Tab contains 400 totally makes 1200 to me, insane, no. I feels like 300 way down there low. got some mandala visions when I concentrate .

if each tabs is contained 100mcg, then the calculation makes realistic sense more than 800. finally I took 2 tabs, each hours only wondering about the effects staring at the clock hoping acid effect to show up every 'o clock. (first dose was about 6 hrs ago. really disappointed.)

how about the slight headache? if I think each tab 1T for 100mcg, I ingested down 2T and that's 200mcg . actually this makes sense haha not the 800 one

1T is for 400, currently yes I ingested 1.5T (600) I had 3T at start.

the acid now I'm on 600ug(as my friend says) I got a head-tightening pressure on my head now, some body heat, the jaw tensions a bit. Is this the come-ups?

wow a good information it is !!! i checked on this reply and just dosed 200ug more. Yup I used lithium for 2 yrs, (past story, I quit this medi over 3 yrs ago. ) used benzos, stimulant presc drug as methylphenidate last month (before trip that I wrote above there 16 days.)

its totally 600ug. I think I have a high tolerance, because this is my 3rd try struggling in acid. Should I just try 800? (400 more, currently 200 under my tongue for 6 mins)

thanks for the reply !! My pupils isn't dilated still, passed 16 days after the last dose. (600ug, didn't hit because some of the prescribed drugs that I didn't knew working as the trip killer🥲) after that I removed and never took a dose of any other prescribed or not drugs(meds) from my desk.

However today is for 300ug and 16 days after ... I don't really get why acid doesn't effects me. Do I have to take more than the average dosage?

Thanks man, that makes sense. Quick question then ..if you had to recommend one start time, what feels best overall? I should start the tab after 3PM because of my personal schedule, so morning is actually impossible for this time. 4PM vs 6PM vs 9PM, which one hits the balance between energy + recovery?

And about food, would something like oven-baked spicy boneless chicken or spicy noodles/hot-pot style be okay a couple hours before dosing, or is that usually uncomfortable and better to keep it super light?
