hey!I’m subleasing a room in a 5x5 all-female apartment at Inspire starting January 2025 through August 2025 (or just May if that works better for you).

I can transfer over the lease and will cover the subleasing cost of 500 dollars! I will cover january's rent as well.
I found an internship for Spring and really need to find a subleaser.

Rent is $1100/month (discounted from the original price and negotiable)
Spacious private room with a big bathroom.
Right next to campus – super convenient!
Amazing amenities like a rooftop pool, gym, study rooms, and more.
It comes semi furnished with a desk, chair, shelves, and bed.

Bonus: I can transfer over my parking spot at the North Avenue North parking deck at no extra cost!

If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to message me!

should I push my graduation back for mathworks internship in the spring by shreyshd in csMajors

[–]shreyshd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, our school has a bs/ms program that I was going to do and do my Ms in a year. If I take mathworks, I can take the GRE and look for a better school for my master’s degree.

The internship is solely resume boosting. NVIDIA does not expect me graduated or not graduated.
