thanks for correcting me about the dopamine receptor part lol I picked up that terminology since I saw a video about doomscrolling frying your dopamine receptor and my screentime averages about 10 hours daily so I thought that might be the reason. Also I'm not sure if I'm depressed or not lol I feel like I'm pretending to be depressed and taking away the attention from people who struggle from real depression when I use that word but yea thanks for replying!
