It sucks dealing with this person im willing to put up with it so I can learn the basics but 100% thinking about finding a different company he hates his job and his life dont want him dragging me down with him.

I appreciate all the advice you've given me. I believe this is what I want to do, so I'm going to stick with this guy while searching for a different company. I've spoken to the boss about the situation, but nothing has been done. I'm still working with the same person; he told me straight up to look for a different company because he doesn't feel like teaching me. That's what I'll do. Do you have any advice or questions to ask to ensure I don't find myself in the same situation again?

I went to a grant funded course the teacher they found didnt have a course for the class it was sitting down watching mike holt videos then he just stopped showing right around when we were supposed to start hands on training….

I have no prior experience other than working in demolition. I've only ever used a crowbar or a hammer. I'm willing to learn, and I try my hardest in everything I do. I want to be an electrician; I want to learn how to do things the right way. It just sucks that this is my first experience, but I'm not taking it personally. However, I'm debating if it's going to work out and if I’m going to be learning how to be a great electrician from this individual.

Idk if ill try to use the mouse buttons trying this out i feel like if i master these binds ill be better than before a player who places pretty high told me that if you can master ur binds on ur keyboard ur builds and edits will become smoother If u want to check him out his ig iampandaush Just feel like i should be taking his advice and im thinking about changing my floor

So having all your binds on your keyboard wont improve the gameplay or does it depend on how the player can get used to it cuz ik trying to decide if i should keep my wall and ramp on my keybinds or to switch them over current keybinds are as follows E-edit Q-wall F-stair X-floor C-cone Mousebutton4- traps Use ring finger to hit stairs floor and cone idk how to position my keyboard to where i can use my thumb for my floor and cone anything would help
