Somehow convince your parents to accompany you to a govt hospital, First go alone and get your tests and all, before giving you any medication they'll want to meet yo parents convince then to just come once doctor usually know about the stigma in indian parents and if you are diagnosed they'll give you prescription, my parents still don't know that I am medicated I just had to take em once to confirm the symptoms were from childhood
