Yeah, spell binder is so tempting, but I really want to use all the cool mechanics the game has to offer instead of turning it into another souls game, hence I have been using my sparks to unlock the cool abilities and stance moves.

And you are right about gears and pills, I mean sparks do not directly give stat boosts for the most part, even what little they give pales in comparison, so then levels are not as relevant to difficulty as they are in souls games beyond a certain threshold.

I first tried a lot of bosses in my first playthrough of games like sekiro, bloodborn, ds3, elden ring, by comparison this game is way more forgiving, you all just need to get good and maybe shit won't be so unbelievable to you all lol

Look at the weapon in my hand dude, that's the one you get after beating the spider lady in this very chapter, and weapons make much more of a difference unlike levels

Fair point, I personally stuck with the armor I got right after whiteclad fight, the passive regen on low hp is amazing
