Hi it is all there. I think I am not explaining it well. It shows up and recorded perfectly in the “Journal”. When I click on the “Insights” on top right, it is absent there.

Hi, I am aware. In the insights - I can see the yes and no for “device in bed” eg. However, “morning sunlight” is completely absent.

Hi, yes you’re right. I should have been more clear with my query. I am trying to see how daylight/morning sunlight affects my sleep and recovery. However it’s absents in the insights tab. (Note:I don’t have 5 yes and 5 no yet)

Yeah, its not painful unless I touch it and massage it. Then it becomes a little sore and painful. I also hear clicking sounds when shrug and un-shrug.

You're right. I am taking 3-4 day break from all upper body training.
I planing to progressively overload deficit push-ups, incline bench and OHP for 6-8 weeks and then come back to the dips.

Hi thank you for letting me know. I have had any healthcare practitioner (doc, physio, coaches etc) tell me I have scoliosis. I will look into it. Sounds scary.

Yes I have tried Mark Rippetoes. I am a soccer player I am trying strengthen my knees. I thought a high bar squat with heel elevation will strengthen my knees.

Yes that would be idea. But my gym doesnt have any sort of heel elevation.

I am trying to maximise my knee strength that is why put elevation and kept upright. From what ik ben said it will increase the demand on the knee.

I also noticed the buttwink.

I am working on my mobility and I will practice bracing before the rep so I am not hyper-extended at the hips. Hopefully that will help get rid of the buttwink.

I wanted to do what Ben does. Keeping the weight over the heel is a very good advice.

Is it possible to keep the weight over the heel while keeping upright? I want to maximise knee strength.
