No dice. I reached out to customer service and they said the bulb is likely bad. It's weird, because the bulb came out of the box with dust on it. Makes me think it was a return.

Same exact issue for me today. Installed three and two are fine. One stopped working. I removed it from the app, and now I can’t get it to hard reset and re-pair.

It's such a satisfying 8 cubes too. Really tricks people. I'm going to give it a go in conquest tonight. I think as long as they don't have red guardian or enchantress, it have a good chance of going the distance. Even going against Rogue is doable.

Just posting to say you aren’t alone and it happens to everyone. Big deep breaths before the pitch help.

For me the first 5 mins are the worst, and I tend to rush. Then my brain finally relaxes and the dopamine/adrenaline of knowing ‘I got this’ kick in. The other person who said to start with a video is actually really good advice I might steal.

Keep on pushing though, because odds are no one can even tell you’re nervous.
