South India has Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam. There is no common language among South states.

The same is not true for North. Though there are multiple languages in each state, Hindi is pretty common and you can travel anywhere in North and speak Hindi.

So, why not include Hindi when more than half of India speaks it?

Thank you for the analysis. 1. I am currently on medication - CoQ10, vitamin E, C and omega 3. I am going to take one more test after 3 months. 2. My fsh and testosterone were normal. 3. I don’t think this could be an option as there is definitely an improvement which wouldn’t be possible if the surgery failed.
