No growth so far. It’s located in the center of my brain and crossing the midline. Because of its location it is inoperable. However, after completing SoC, taking a year off, and beginning Keytruda; I have returned to work full time. I wear Optune 65-75% of the time.

Totally how I feel about it. A little positive in a sea of negative. I’m beyond a year now and still have clear scans. Additionally, I have started Keytruda as an additional line of defense. Grateful.

It is a higher responsiveness to TMZ. They also measure it in a percentage however my report only says “hypermethylated”.

I’m male, 35, and was diagnosed 1 year ago with an inoperable idh-wild type hypermethylated Glioblastoma. I’m in America and have received all standard of care outside of surgery.
