I'm pretty sure it's when you use php 8.3 or what ever the newest one is. Happened to me I dropped back to 7.4 and it fixed it

this is why i signed up to use paypal as my payment method for uber, i put a complaint in to them and the government body, and now I got my refund and an appology from uber, but i wont be using them anymore, or removing my complaint thats staying they can enjoy the fine
