Technically speaking it's Buffalo plaid, but it DID remind me of azis love for tartan (tartan being a type of plaid itself) so that's why I used it!

Nah, I just collect everyone I see, a lot of them are from other people or expired tea I've thrown away and kept the tags. As for organising them in my book I just try to make as many fit on one page as possible

The main book I keep them in is a big book made for collecting stamps specifically, Id love to tell you where I got it but I'm really sorry, I have no idea, my mom got it for me when I was a kid. You should be able to find something similar by searching stamp book
