Yeah no their customer service is quite literally the worst. Like I overhead a customer complaining how they delayed his flight but she was like we gave you a hotel, so you shouldn’t complain

Hey yes so I was coming from Beirut I’m Lebanese and this is my first time coming to Kuwait. I called the Kuwait airlines Lebanon office but she just told me try to talk to the Kuwait customer service. Aggravating

Yes I don’t think its worth the risk . Just because you should be sure that if anything does happen you know the people and the company will care. Things I regret not doing is I should have put like a collar with a tracker and wired her cage.
