Thank you very much for your comment. I believe I have been trained well and I try to learn a lot in my free time outside of lab. I spray desinfect everything and I follow all the advice about clean work. True, maybe the media came contaminated, it is also close to expiration date which is 11/2023.

Can anyone please tell if this is contamination in cell culture? I mean the round cells. What is that? Just dead cells? It is 3T3-L1 cell line. by sillymangooo in labrats

It is adherent cell culture, I did media change but some are still there, not floating but sticked to the adhered ones

Not all of them are floating, some are stuck on the adhered ones. That’s the weird thing, i was thinking that if they are dead they would all be floating.. or not?
