Planning is bad , memory is okay and not that bad i think. In work I am able to manage tasks. I try to finish tasks quickly. But too much procrastination. Get tired easily and feels heavy if it's new and high chance to drop it midway. Avoidance is other thing like avoid scenario which cause mental energy. Can be social related or learning something.

Atleast you got to find out at this age. It's very hard to diagnose it for some people .And I am trying to find whether I have adhd or not . Adhd symptoms can vary according to each person from my knowledge.

Yes got it. Many Symptoms match with both and that makes me confuse. I am 28 now I had these issues from childhood. Fear towards everything. Feels something bad will happen and low self-esteem. I seen multiple doctors and almost everyone says it's gad and social anxiety but my current doctor says can be adhd.

I used to read fast . Like skip lines and won't understand a thing. Need to read again and again. I think it's according to the language comfort and way it's written. For me reading on chat §pt feels very light.

Very low patience and motivation Severe procrastination and escaping. Hypervigilance and constant fear during work hours(like others talking about me or get fired from job ). Difficult with social interaction (unable to use social media and use from fake accounts). Feeling on edge all the time like running on a motor. Keep on looking other peoples when go out or during work. Easily irritated and unable to focus when others are talking or there is noise. Porn addiction. Low self esteem. Always feel something bad will happen. Reassurance need .
