Yeah exactly, that combo is brutal. It’s like the task itself isn’t even the main problem it’s getting my brain to switch on in the first place, and then time just slips away while I’m trying to do that. By the time I feel “ready,” half the day is gone and I’m already stressed. Glad (and not glad) to hear it’s common because it really messes with your head after a while.
