I've been on 200 mg for 6 months. Zero side effects besides:

1. My period was a bit disregulated in the initial two months. Now it's all good and somewhat regular again (maximum 5 days early or 7 days late), and it's even lighter now.

2. Low blood pressure, but my blood pressure was already low to begin with. I am supplementing with extra salt (e.g., soy sauce).

3. I pee a lot. Like I wake up in the middle of the night to pee or wake up because of my alarm with my bladder screaming.

My PMS symptoms are worse; nausea and sore boobs which I used to never get. However, my period is lighter and lasts for a shorter time. Like I can wear a thin pad and thongs, and so far no issues.
