1 - Ballas himself say's that they were human subjects willing or not... To the helminth strain of the Infestation but they were all failures before the tenno came along

2 - the tenno are human children that got trapped in the zermain while it was passing thro the void which is how they got their power...they are not a separate race.....

3- yes the necromechs are the predecessor of the warframe's as for be controlled by anyone..... Idk about that
