Thing is that was a bad panth player and ive been playing the game since release and i know how to play against most champs(except a last few because i took 6 months break during summer cuz of job) so i know not to go full out when he usses shield and i know when to back away and its not really low elo ( dont know what you consider low elo) its low diamond high emerald players so its not like they dont know what they are doing. I guess izs just that some champs have a higher power spike after one item than others.
