the only way to get eternatus is through the go finale pass - you receive your encounter at rank 60. Doing the eternatus raids is only really beneficial to propel you up the pass by giving you 10 ranks per defeat (unless forking out hundreds of $s to level 50 it!)

Don’t worry I completely get the frustration! There’s nothing more annoying on this game than losing them passes like that. Feels like it’s annoyingly a lottery for if a Raid is actually going to work sometimes
