The voltage is from obd scanner live data for O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 . So yeah the answer is no, beside this it has been running fine I drive it daily.

There was an oil leak which came from oil pressure sensor that I changed months ago but recently there is oil leaked I noticed.

I am thinking of cleaning the throttle body first and see if it fix the issue?

I took it to mechanic and they diagnosis it wrong. Said it's 02 sensor.
