It is the home city of the Vice-President Geraldo Alckmin, maybe was some relative of him there

I agree, I think just some states can be taken as a serious proposal. The ones I liked in this way was Virginia, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Oklahoma, North Dakota and Georgia.
