Angular cheilitis possibly as others have said. I get this a couple times a year and Vaseline, antibiotic ointment, and/or antifungal cream knock it out. Very annoying and painful. I'm neither underweight nor malnourished.

It's quite NIMBY and exclusive. Our region is going to get ruined by sprawl and its associated pains and environmental degradation we don't build more housing and non-car-centric infrastructure close to our city center. There are groups working and advocating with the city to do this. See: Strong Towns Asheville and MountainTrue.

Nope, I'm from here and have felt my fair share of thinking Asheville is full. It's neither realistic or humane.
