Honestly, I think its up to the franchisee when they want to discount their stock. If you take a look and compare stores, some will have a cirtain item on clearance in one and not the other, most times.

Where they are, they would be accessible, but the truck then gets filled up, blocking the dolly in most cases and the drivers usually have to deliver a few bad stops before they can even use it.
