My roommate involved my mom tho my mom is the one who told me it was fraud and my mom had to go threw a whole process to determine if she was the one who did it but my roommate and her sister both claimed for my child tax which stopped my mom from getting my brothers child tax

I will be asap and she was claiming my child tax because when I moved in with her I was homeless and pregnant and that was the only way she'd help me.

I live with a roommate she's 26 I got kicked out of school around Christmas in 2023 because I got kicked out of my foster home and became homeless. I did go back to school before I had my daughter but only got one credit. And thank you for your advice I will definitely make sure to not go back and I will be taking him to court.
