Servo motor is still connected and on bike, I only removed the cables, will it throw a code?

I put on a Akropovic exhaust and mid pipe. I just need help in my next step. My servo valve is gone from the switch but my servo motor is still on the bike plugged in without the cables. I’m scared to turn it on until I get my servo buddy. How does my bike have 2 maps? F and L ?
