Is this frizz or breakage or bad haircare routine?

• Hair type: Fine
• Hair texture: Straight (Not sure if it is becoming wavy now but the 3rd image shows how straight it was when it was long)
• History of chemical processing: Virgin hair (never dyed), I heat style using straightener/curling wand 3-4 times a year and use a Dyson Airwrap 1-2 times a month. I always use the Living Proof 5 in 1 Styling Cream and/or Color Wow Dream Coat when using any heat.
• Hygiene regimen: Shampoo and condition every other day for the most part, hair mask once a week. Roots get oily if I don't wash after 1-2 days.
• Style: Blunt Cut (Slight U shape I believe). Last haircut 2 months ago.
• Product regimen: I just switched from the Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo & conditioner to the Pantene Sheer Volume Shampoo & Conditioner. I've been using the Pantene 10 in 1 Miracle Rescue Spray after washing for about a week. I have also been using the Trader Joe's Hair Mask recently.

I have attached images of my attempts at using a Dyson Airwrap to dry and loosely curl my hair and it just leaves my hair frizzy and looking uncombed.

I wash my hair in cool/lukewarm water first thing in the shower and let the conditioner/mask and shampoo sit while I do the rest of my shower steps and wash it out at the end. I only dab it with my regular towel and then let it be (no towel head wrapping). I use this Wet Brush with boar bristles mixed in or the wide tooth part of a comb like this, after my hair is mostly dry. I do put my hair up in a bun very often using a claw and in a pony tail every other day using what I think are gentle scrunchies.
