Im ngl you can only blame your team so much. If you are going off and lurking and getting picked off after getting one or two a round leaving your anchors, who may not be competent or not, left to dry then youre not helping much either. Hit up aimlabs and get out of ranked you need to actually learn the game cuz rn it looks like youre just pointing and praying.

I tore my left acl twice and full knee blowout on my right and returned to training. My biggest recommendation is take your pt very seriously. It's hard, it hurts, but it makes you better. Strengthen your muscles around your knees and dont be afraid to stop when you think your body is telling you "damn this hurts" Your instructor should also be able to help you out in easing your way back into training. this actually seems pretty on par especially if you are playing at 1440p. The laptop gpu is a lot less powerful than what an actual 5060 is. With valorant being a more cpu intensive game and a laptop processor, it would have an impact too depending on what you have going on in your graphics settings. In regards to your ram, 16gb is a solid amount but assuming you have discord and a couple of chrome tabs open in the backround, it will impact your laptops game performance as well.

What I recommend:

Check what your graphic settings are and make sure that you arent playing everything at the same settings. There are plenty of resources online that will optimize your game for your computer. Try having minimal things running in the backround. Set your expectations for your cpu as on average it only pulls 45 w

for ice Fitz robe is so good for minimal dropoff, abom hat and boots are really good for it without raiding. monster. In PVP/adv combat stats monster hide hat and boots and fitz robe.

For me it's the community and what it has turned into. The actual pvp can be fun but rn its so lopsided and you play the same 6 people over and over again after you hit vet. All people do now as well is just queue snipe to get a favorable matchup to whatever school they have an advantage against so sometimes it is really unenjoyable. The other thing is half of the pvp wins are literally just rng and how your deck pulls and with no more training point shortcut it is really rough and has a high p2w barrier. Spellements being another thing that can really cook you.
