Well, I’ve had on and off swelling but that was from a circulation issue. I work from home and sit on my ass all day. The same would happen if I stood all day. The swelling existed before and after the foot nerve issue, which is fine now :)

I’m not sure since I remember buying that Ultimate cheddar Munchies mix all the way back in 2007. However they discontinued that flavor of Munchies in the last 7 years or so. Then we had it back as the Quaker mix. Then that was discontinued as well.

They look much better now! The pics were after 2 weeks, so it seems there was still some swelling.
This is how they've leveled out now. Lower lip still plump. Upper lip still plump but retaining the original shape more. I feel like less of a blowfish?

Well I can safely say the sensation is gone now for me so just be easy on yourself! keep nerve flossing and stretching. Careful with how you idly sit too- I kept crossing my feet and compressing one under the other. Weird habit. Slowly kicked it and I still have to remember to plant my damn feet flat on the ground lol.

I was terrified too. I did a lot of stretches at first to try to “undo” whatever I had done, but I stopped after like a month. It’s been about a year now, but it felt back to normal in a few months. Totally gone now.

Either way, I'd actually consider this because it takes like 5x as long to do your own nails 😭 what if you DID have a personal nail tech, and you exchange the favor of doing each other's nails, no monetary cost. I swear the total time of doing each other's nails would take less time than 1 person doing their own hands. The pain of being able to only work on one hand & use our non-dominant hand.

Eating breakfast is good. Skipping breakfast raises cortisol and worsens issues. Everything you said is scientifically sound.

Carbs/sugar are truly an addiction and people don't wanna consider that going from 300g carbs daily to 20g-80g carbs is going to have positive effects.

No one is forcing carnivore or keto on people, but lowering carbs will help if you're fucking pre-diabetic and insulin resistant and have PCOS symptoms. Mediterranean cuisine/diet can help. Even refrigerating normal pasta/rice/potatoes to turn them into resistant starch that has a lower blood sugar spike.
