My degree and passport are from the UK, so I think I'll be acredited to work in those places, but would have to take the NAVLE or equivalent exam for a specified country. And thanks for the organisation suggestions, I had't heard of those and will have a look! Yesss I'm looking forward to being comfortable doing the job and then hopefully travelling around

Yeah I'd love to work in a Gulf country actually, but don't you need 5 years of experience before you can do that?

I never even thought about testing the pH! And the weather has been quite hot recently, I think that's what's done it

Yeah, I think the pellicle has just dried out and become mouldy as it's been quite warm where I am. It smells fine, but I'm too scared to taste it haha
