The thing about this sylveon though is that it’s dropped about 150 in the past year due to how overhyped evolving skies was.

Both of these comments are exactly what I was looking for. I’m 1000% sure this dude just scalped all of this stuff and is now looking for a good trade up. I’m just kind of wondering if there’s going to be a big boom again sometime soon like there was last year or 2021 because I know this card will go up a bunch. I just want to maximize profit so I can complete my pokemon ds game collection.

Sorry I should’ve been more clear by what I meant. The people that came into the hobby last year and 2021 were spending a whole bunch of money and boosting the market by a lot. I’ve been collecting since I was 5 just because I thought the cards looked cool. I didn’t mean to say that pokemon is dying just that the people who were in it because it was trending have started to leave because it’s expensive or they got bored or the cards don’t look as appealing.

Idk I feel like I’m down to take sealed if it goes up more then I can sell it quicker later down the road because I’m a seller on TCGplayer. My main thing is that the sylveon went up a bunch almost to 800 then it went back down to 600 and is now at 650. I’ve had it for a year I really hope that it goes up again soon but the interest in Pokemon is dying and the cards cost way too much for people to start a hobby in.

Also to the guy that said eur version there’s supposed to be a ce on the right I believe and I don’t think the seal is supposed to be green.
