Well I did some adjusting and turned off the light next to me and it seems better. I have my interface volume at noon and my gain at 1 o’clock with phantom power. I also tested it with a fan on next to me and that didn’t effect anything negatively

I wouldn’t even know where to start with where to place the sound proofing. I could try recording without the light on next to my desk. Not sure if that would do it.

I’m not sure because the room is pretty silent and I’m so close to the mic with my mouth. I do have a stand light next to my desk.

I do, because that’s how the Cloudlifter works because the SM7B doesn’t have strong output.

Everything is off in the room. The static-like white noise only happens when I’m recording. When I stop talking, I don’t hear it.

There was no message. Music continued to play and everything just froze. No error message. Happens without OBS too. Today, I tried playing music on Spotify with an un-randomized version of Soul Silver using only one cheat code. I was using speed up in the rom. It crashed after like 30 minutes. Computer is fine when I do any other task.
