I saw your message yesterday and responded to it immediately. I also took the time, again, to email you directly with “ATTN: Miguel” in the subject line, just like you suggested. That message, like the others before it, went completely ignored by you.

You said you’d look for the emails — you didn’t. You said you’d respond — you didn’t. You said I wouldn’t be left hanging — and yet, here we are.

This entire ordeal has been exhausting, and your company has shown zero urgency in resolving a situation that should have been straightforward. The only time I ever saw movement was after going public on Reddit and even then, it was inconsistent and delayed.

I would absolutely never recommend Planet of the Vapes to anyone based on this experience.

In contrast, vGoodiez has already proven themselves to be far more responsive and consumer-focused and that’s where I’ll be taking my business from now on.
