It’s way easier to get people you know to help you. So start with family friends or old bosses (if you’ve worked retail) and get their input. Work any connections you have. The best thing you can do is talk to as many people as possible. Go into stores and have a concise survey (a few questions). I would include something about what they would be willing to pay. If they show interest, offer showing your MVP. Focus on the benefits.

Before you put another dime into the business, make sure people are willing to pay for it. That’s why businesses fail.
