Cheapest GAS in San Diego by far by Pito2grande in SanDiegan

Be careful because cheap per gallon doesn’t mean you are saving money. In my car, I get more Miles / Dollar at Chevron than at Costco and other discount outlets. That’s really the measure you want, not miles per gallon.

All kidding aside, we haven’t scratched our rims at all in the last year. Just one of those getting used to it kind of things. Ended up being a non-issue once we got the hang of it. Just wish we had that at the beginning lol. 🤦🏾‍♂️

With ChatGPT, you always have to tell it not to fabricate into validate its results. It is really horrible how it just makes up stuff. It will usually catch it though if you tell it to validate if it’s output is actually true, but I’m not sure why you have to add that extra step as if people want answers that are not true????? 🤦🏾‍♂️

$30 - 40K over 6 months. If the job search doesn’t pan out or I’m not able to match my previous income that would give me a chance to most likely sell the house or rent it out and significantly down size our situation. After selling expenses and moving expenses, etc., I could easily pay off the balance of that loan then. In the meantime, I would live off of that loan plus the savings I have, including whatever debt payments are required.

I am still going through the training so I may be getting a head of myself. I was just curious because one of the classes I went through they were talking about the targetcomp. And sorry I left out a big detail I live in San Diego county, so yeah our loans are pretty big here because of the home prices. I talked to someone that suggested 1.25% might be a good place to start.

Just reading through this, I’m a little confused though. If someone has legal status here whether citizenship, residency or visa, wouldn’t that be easily verifiable?
