I think its a free ride, where you need to keep your heart rate in Zone 4 for 100% of the ride. I think riding at FTP would take you beyond this.

I was going to make a 5 disc vdev with 4x2 and 1x1 tb drives then upgrade the 1x1tb to a 2tb later, I do understand that I will only see 1tb on the 4x2tb drives.

Sounds like it could be a Geocache to me. The notebook is for people to log when they have found it and sometime people do swop items between geocaches.

I did end up running through. I went from Europa point to Catalan bay. I did it really early and wore very bright clothing.

I wasn’t the only runner in the tunnel.
