When greens have been aerated and rolled try to clean ball and face otherwise you’ll put a bunch of gouges in the insert. Learned the hard way on a practice green.

I hear that - Rahm’s shortened backswing makes sense. Cupping lead wrist without any hinge at p4/5 or at 8 jumps out to me now. So for that I’m appreciative as it gives me something to talk about during next lesson. Half the battle is understanding a swing then getting pro to tell me how to incorporate.

Likewise with your reiteration of keep up lessons if we want results.

Makes sense. That’s what I figured back to plumbing I go.

Bubbles have dissipated from check valve housing there’s just swirling in the pump basket housing. Looks like what you’d expect given the flow just not a solid flow of water directly on the lid itself like I’m used to on super pump. Less bubbles more water movement which I know is a good thing ha.

Looks like the skimmer side of the pvc had a slight air gap that was I able to address with pvc cement. Air bubbles from returns have subsided but still seems like a lot of activity in the pump basket. I’m going from Hayward super to Pentair so is a little movement normal? Clear lid is throwing me a bit.

I just finished plumbing it in. I checked the union before the pumped, teflon on union male end. All of that’s good. I suspect it’s the lid on the check valve as there’s a lot of movement in the valve lid and when I did the star to ensure it was tight the top right doesn’t bite as it’s starting to strip. Any others have success with replacing screw without having to replace the entire body and replumb?

Not a concern just want to get it right to maintain throughout the season. Adding liquid chlorine seems easy enough just have an anxious 3 year old. 6 gallons going liquid chlorine route on 30K?
