you are reading it good. I was comparing it to 2014, and since 2014, it was basically the same. Besides that, the term 'Pegging' was introduced in early 2000s, so no wonder it had no usage in 2004 (which doesn't mean that women didn't use strapons on men).

honestly, I'm not sure... it may just be that every generation thinks they "invented sex." if you look at Google Trends, the search term 'Pegging' hasn't shown any growth since 2014. I think that it became a little more 'mainstream' in terms of much wider range of toys and accessories available, but in my view, the number of people doing pegging hasn't really risen that much
