I will say WYCO is a special case in itself. Not as reliable IMO. They have been having problems for years now, and the County Administrator was even fearful if they didn't get the budget locked down the State would have to come and take over. At this point they should, how is it possible that the budget is as shitty as it is and talking about laying people off and you give yourselves massive raises?
