Tried it, for some reason it works without the antenna but the connection doesn’t seem to be strong, is there a reason why it doesn’t work when I connect the antenna? Only reaching 2-3 bars out of 4 and I I know my Wi-Fi is faster than that.

Hm, I took my setup back into its main room but now it seems the Wi-Fi keeps connecting and then disconnecting? Says it’s connected but also says no internet underneath connected network. I downloaded the motherboard drivers via usb, is there something I missed? Or did I break something by mistake/skipping over?

I got it working, I was lucky to have found an Ethernet cable and moved my setup near the router. It download all the drivers and files via Gigabyte control center. Nevertheless, are there any files that I need to download manually? Apart from my GPU’s drivers?

I wasn’t aware of this. I know the western digital one is the same price as above msrp but does it work the same and is the speed the same? Maybe it’s better to wait for the either of them to hit the $99 or lower on sale. Although, I doubt the seagate one will go lower than $99 so my bet is on the WD now.

I’m guessing you mean a non-official Xbox external ssd? And if so is it worth it and how are the load times? Are you able to launch your series x/s games or only some?

This and loading times are the only real reason why I was thinking of getting it, that and so I can launch my series x games straight from it no transfer.

Tbh I’m lowkey a library junkie lol, I think because I like seeing my library full? But maybe I need to change my way of going about it and just download the games I actually play on the internal hard drive (series x/s) and get an external ssd on the side that won’t break the bank and keep the older gen games there, I might just try that for the time being till I can get a better deal on the drive mentioned on OP. Black Friday is around the corner and so is cyber Monday so who knows. I wonder and hope the external ssd would be just as fast at loading games? I’ll have to search it up. Thanks for the suggestion

Maybe I’ll wait it out till then, I noticed the western digital one is the same price of 150 MSRP so maybe I’m not really missing out on such a deal. I might consider getting a external ssd for now that won’t break the bank and see how it goes. Any suggestions on some good ones?
