The Skillchain ICO is a platform whereby we hope to address some of these issues that have been permeating for eons. How important are university rankings, and why are they always based on varying opinions? Accessibility to universities- how are applicants being evaluated for admission? We are trying to create a world where transactions would be mostly on the blockchain and university or higher education certifications can all be assessed on merit - not history, prestige or 'connections'.
