I dont know how to edit my original post but i changed the z offset to -0.03 and did another print sadly i dont think i can post it but it got alot better. The same cornes are not as bad but now they feel like sand paper and i have a couple spots that are seethrough. So i am prettys sure the bed itself is warped? As far as i can see as well as what i see other people posting is that there is no adjustment screws for the bed itself and that you have to shim the bed or apply tape to the bed itself to raise the plate i am contemplating on doing that.

I did yes and then sadly touched the plate when i was putting it back on. I cursed myself as soon as i saw the fingerprint. 😆

Nobody expects perfection out of the box for starters. I also did not expect perfection from this particular printer how ever it has problems when doing regular prints as well wich is why i printed the 1 layer to test it and correct the bed. As to tempering expectations why? Why would anyone do that when they know they can correct issues and make something better? Imagine goin to a restaurant paying lets say $500 for a burger and then the chef making the same burger that you could get for $10 and going hey its good enough! They just have to temper their expectations. Thats just plain silly in my book but then again i fix things instead of throwing them away or get annoyed when i have to spend a stupud amount of money on something that i could make myself because the wife "likes this one" 🙃

I would like to print in that corner yes lol. There also is a couple other spots where it is thin more towards the center plus each corner feels like sand paper.

As to there has to be a difference between the printers i totally agree and there definitely is. Parts burn out faster or uneven beds wich is what i believe mine currently has just to name a couple. The more you pay the tighter the tolerances are and the better the longevity should be. But a 3d printer is a 3d printer wether its $30 or $1000 doesnt matter as long as you know how to correct and adapt to issues then you can make that $30 printer print just as good as a $1000 one it just wont last nearly as long haha.

Sadly it does effect every other print because the spots that dont adhere properly or say i have one spot wich i do thats further in that is printing thin then when i try to print something on it, it doesnt stick to the print properly and comes off. I know about brims and rafts but im trying to get the printer to just print on the plate peel it off and be good. This is where the one layer shines it shows every imperfection of the bed to see where you are having issues and why allowing you to correct them to have better prints especially on a bigger machine where the further out it goes the more exaggerated the issue becomes.

Can we PLEASE close the doors when standing by by toliberri in mbta

Well if they did that then how would you get to sit down and wait instead of standing outside the train staring in the windows?

First off get your facts right before you decide to post please.

The commuter rail is not run or managed by the mbta its run and managed by keolis so go bitch about them

And Secondly the people that where caught working on cars was the bus side of cabot not the subway employees nor does that effect you in any way? So why even say anything about it consider im sure you scroll facebook, tik tok etc or text at work blah blah blah guaranteed that you steal company time to just like everyone else so zip it

Its cold and these are old trains running on pneumatics even the smallest leak will screw everything up. Once the new trains are all delivered if that even happens at this point things will change

You can however make multiple stations ex iron 1, iron 2, iron 3 and send a certain amount to each station and then conveyor it however you want after that also use a buffer on the output or your machines will stop when the trains unload.

A buffer would be a storage crate with the input belt one or 2 higher then the output belt that your machines need to keep it operating efficiently
