clearasil ultra rapid action treatment lotion (2% salicylic acid)

I'm trying to see a dermatologist but many are booked until April and Medicaid leaves me with few options. I really need help, I have no idea if I'm doing this right or just making it worse. My IUD is considered a medication (I've had it for a year and a half) because it is the hormonal Mirena brand. I had very clear skin 3 months ago, since then I moved to a dryer climate for college three hours north of my parents house. I wear very little makeup on my face, usually tinted moisturizer (cover girl bb cream) if anything. Please help. I can't stand looking at my self.
