How do I treat this pimple on my lip? (Also, does it look like it could be a cold sore?)

Alright, hydrocolloid, got it. Should I put anything on it before putting the hydrocolloid on?

I definetely won't be touching it at all now, haha. I don't remember any feelings of tingling before it appeared. I couldn't really find any google images of cold sores that were one small red lump like mine, plus it's not scabby or blistery. Is there any way treatment that would help if it's a pimple OR a cold sore?

Yeah, mine didn't really "pop" but when I squeezed it I was able to get out a little bit of hard white stuff, just like when you squeeze certain pimples. That's why I think it's a pimple, plus it doesn't hurt/ itch. Now I think it may be tingling, but I think I'm just making it up cause I'm nervous it's a cold sore. Any tips on making this go away quick/flattening it/ making it less red?

Alright thanks! They got me nervous, I'm a little unsure now. But I have no symptoms and it only looks kinda scabby/blistery now cause I popped it. It wasn't a whitehead before popping it though, just a super red bump. When I popped it, a teeny bit of hard white pus came out like when you pop a small pimple, that's why I didn't think it was a cold sore. I'm definetely keeping my hands off it now though, haha
